BACK CUSHION
The Windermere armchair has a fully upholstered foam cushioned back rest accompanied by 1 feather filled 56cm x 56cm scatter cushion.
SEAT CUSHION
The Windermere has loose a seat cushion made of a Feather Quilted Octocore foam core which are reversible for easy maintenance.
LEGS
The Windermere legs are made from solid plastic with felt sliders to protect your floor.
FRAME
Built from a mix of solid beech and plywood. Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled and corner-blocked for extra stability.
SPRING SYSTEM
We use zig-zag spring systems throughout all our products to ensure a durable product which is also a comfortable.

MADE TO ORDER
All our pieces are made to order and take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be finished and delivered.
FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, and unpack it. If you ordered this product with other upholstered goods, your entire order will be scheduled for a single delivery.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns on your order within 30 days of delivery. If you aren’t in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home free of charge. You will be refunded your entire purchase once we have received and inspected the piece to ensure everything is in order.

Once approved, you can arrange for your fabric to be delivered to our workshop.

We’ll craft your piece using your supplied material, keeping you updated along the way.
Orders using Customers’ Own Material are considered bespoke and are non-returnable once fabric is received by us.
Fabric suitability
Not all fabrics are suitable for upholstery. We’ll assess durability, composition, and weight before confirming.
Fabric quantities
Required meterage varies by pattern and piece. We’ll advise on the exact amount after your order.
Leads times
Production will begin once your fabric has been received and approved.
