If within 30 days from the date of delivery you feel that the item isn't right for your space, we've got your back.

We do not offer exchanges.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy.

Returns

Our return policy is designed with flexibility and convenience in mind:

  1. 30-Day Return Window: If you feel that the item doesn't fit your needs, you have a generous 30 days from the delivery date to decide and return it. We're always here to assist you.
  2. No Questions Asked: We respect your decision. Whether it's a change of heart or any other reason, you can return any Close Company product.
  3. Product Condition: To ensure a smooth return, the item should be in "as-new" condition. That means no stains, tears, or any kind of damage.
  4. Return Fees: If you're within our standard service area, returns are free. However, outside this area, the return fee is the same as the forward shipping fee.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, and it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund. Do note, if there are repackaging fees or any shipping fees (outbound and return) applicable, those will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty

Our commitment to quality is unwavering, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to hiccups. Here's our approach when something doesn't go as planned:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: If your item is not in perfect condition upon arrival, reach out to us as soon as you can. We're here to help.
  2. Photos & Videos: To accurately assess the issue, we require visual evidence. Photographs from multiple angles and distances will be beneficial. If the damage seems to have occurred during transportation, photos of the packaging are crucial. Videos can also be helpful in cases where photos may not capture the full extent of the problem.
  3. Warranty Coverage: Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship. a 10 year guarantee is given for the frames of our upholstery furniture.
  4. Resolutions: Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we will either provide replacement parts, repair the item, or in certain situations, provide a complete replacement. Our aim is to ensure you have a piece you love and are proud of.
  5. Warranty Limitations: It's important to note that our warranties are only for the original purchaser and cannot be passed on or extended to items that have been re-sold. The warranty only holds when our products are used as intended and for normal use. Any damage or defects due to negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or use for commercial purposes won't be covered by our warranty.
