Camera's down, music is in the background, ideas are floating, and work is somewhere else. I'll get to it when I get to it.

Luke is cosy.

Luke didn't decorate this place. He just kind of let it happen. One record became fifty. One canvas led to three. A throw landed somewhere and stayed, because it looked right.

The Fane Sofa is the kind of sofa that makes you genuinely reconsider whether work is really worth it. The shoot? It can wait. The canvas?

Tomorrow's problem. The Fane has a particular talent for making Luke's already elastic relationship with productivity stretch just a little bit further.

Records on, throws sprawled, mug on the table, or the floor, depending on the evening. This is where the ideas happen. Afternoon light, no agenda.

He's not working. But the ideas are flowing, and he'll be ready for tomorrow.

That is, if he ever leaves the sofa.

Cosy Compliments

Around the Fane, the Glint Cup and the Wye Rug lie. The cup has no permanent home. It turns up everywhere: the coffee table, the floor beside the sofa, occasionally still in his hand when he's forgotten he's holding it.

Going cold, probably. He'll get to it...

This is Luke's cosy.
