BACK CUSHION
The Windermere sofa has a fully upholstered foam cushioned back rest accompanied by feather filled 56cm x 56cm scatter cushions. Scatter cushion amounts per design size are detailed below:
- 2 seater: 4 scatter cushions
- 3 seater: 4 scatter cushions
- 4 seater: 4 scatter cushions
SEAT CUSHION
The Windermere sofa has 2 loose seat cushions made of a Feather Quilted Octocore foam core which are reversible for easy maintenance.
LEGS
The Windermere sofa legs are made from solid plastic with felt sliders to protect your floor.
FRAME
Built from a mix of solid beech and plywood. Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled and corner-blocked for extra stability.
SPRING SYSTEM
We use zig-zag spring systems throughout all our products to ensure a durable product which is also a comfortable.
ASSEMBLY
This piece is made of 2 pieces and comes with a loose cover so needs basic assembly. Please see the tear sheet for assembly details.

All our pieces are made to order and take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be finished and delivered.
FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, and unpack it. If you ordered this product with other upholstered goods, your entire order will be scheduled for a single delivery.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns on your order within 30 days of delivery. If you aren’t in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home free of charge. You will be refunded your entire purchase once we have received and inspected the piece to ensure everything is in order.
Choose to upholster your piece in a fabric sourced by you. This allows for complete flexibility in colour, texture, and finish.

Orders using Customers’ Own Material are considered bespoke and are non-returnable once fabric is received by us.

Not all fabrics are suitable for upholstery. We’ll assess durability, composition, and weight before confirming.
Fabric quantities
Required meterage varies by pattern and piece. We’ll advise on the exact amount after your order.
Leads times
Production will begin once your fabric has been received and approved.
