BACK CUSHION
This product does not include loose back cushions or bolsters. Back support is provided through the upholstered structure with integrated webbing for consistent support and a clean, minimal profile.
SEAT CUSHION
This product does not feature loose seat cushions. The seat is fully upholstered with fixed padding, designed to deliver even comfort and maintain its tailored form over time.
LEGS
The piece sits on discreet plastic glides, allowing the sofa to rest cleanly on the floor while providing subtle protection and ease of positioning.
FRAME
The frame is constructed from solid hardwood timber, doweled, glued and screwed for strength and durability. This solid hardwood frame provides long-term structural stability and a reliable foundation for everyday use.
SPRING SYSTEM
The seat is supported by zig-zag springs, with 29” zig-zag springs used across standard sections and 27” zig-zag springs on corner units. This spring system delivers resilient support, comfort and durability across the full seating area.
ASSEMBLY
This item is supplied as assembled sections. No additional assembly is required beyond positioning the piece in place.

All our pieces are made to order and take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be finished and delivered.
FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, and unpack it. If you ordered this product with other upholstered goods, your entire order will be scheduled for a single delivery.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns on your order within 30 days of delivery. If you aren’t in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home free of charge. You will be refunded your entire purchase once we have received and inspected the piece to ensure everything is in order.

Orders using Customers’ Own Material are considered bespoke and are non-returnable once fabric is received by us.

Not all fabrics are suitable for upholstery. We’ll assess durability, composition, and weight before confirming.
Fabric quantities
Required meterage varies by pattern and piece. We’ll advise on the exact amount after your order.
Leads times
Production will begin once your fabric has been received and approved.
